HIP grant qs please.......

hi,
just wondering from your experience how long it took to receive the health in preg grant from when you applied.
Also, does it just go into your account or are you notified by post?

It wasn't very long, a couple of weeks IIRC. It went straight into my bank account, and I think I also got something in the post, but it arrived after the money did.

About 3 weeks. Straight into account.

Couple of weeks, straight into account as I gave my bank details on the form. Written confirmation came afterwards.

Same here, approx 2 weeks from sending form off to money being in bank account. Got confirmation letter couple of days later.
