Sleeping on stomach in early pregnancy - OK?

Hi all. I am 8 weeks+ and sleep on my stomach. Is this very bad? Should I be trying to stop this now or just waiting until I am big enough not to be able to sleep on belly?

And how do you stop it, anyway? I mean, it's my sleep position, and even if I start off on my side I end up flat on my face.

Advice appreciated - thanks.

yes, it's fine.
Just stop when you feel uncomfortable - you'll find a new position

one of many mad worries, it's completely normal to feel nervous about things.
Congratulations, it's such a wonderful time

Phew I was worried about this too, am 18 weeks and have (very) slight bump but still find myself waking up flat on face even if didn't go to sleep that way. Glad to know it's not harmful.
