... is it "safe" for baby?

I've been taking 3 x 200mg tablets a day of ferrous sulphate for 2 months and there's a chance I may be pregnant.

Has anyone been taking iron whilst pregnant?

Lots of pregnant women (myself included) are prescribed ferrous sulphate in that quantity and dosage during pregnancy for anaemia so there is no risk it is unsafe for your baby, don't worry.
