Feeling really rubbish.

This is my third pregnancy- first two I saled thru. No morning sickness ever. This time I feel like I am totally exhausted, like I could sleep forever and every part if me aches. Any one else expereinced this or should I be worried and see GP?
I have a 3 year old and a 19 month old and do 2 12 hour shifts a week. Am worried how I will cope feeling like this.

I had that with my 2nd pregnancy and it is absolutely hell isn't it?

The only thing I had any relief from was seeing a drop in homeopath and taking a couple of the recommended remedies. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but you have nothing to lose by giving it a go!
