Prolonged dizziness/balance issues...

I've had this about three times this pregnancy... kind of wierd dizziness but not quite dizziness. More like a loss of balance (I don't actually fall over but feel like I might if I don't concentrate)

I thought it might be low blood sugar, but it's been going on now for about 45 mins, I've eaten, I'm sitting down, I've had a drink, so it can't be that. I haven't had a mw appt since 16 weeks (I'm 27 weeks now) but my bp has always been ok... sort of middling, not too high, not too low.

I had the occasional dizzy spell when I was pg with ds, but they lasted seconds... all the dizzy spells I've had this pregnancy (including the one I'm currently having) have lasted about an hour. I haven't had an ear infection recently, and no headache (so can't be start of migraine)

Any clues?

Might be worth getting your blood pressure checked and is certainly worth calling the MW or GP and getting the dizziness checked. My bp is very low and I get dizzy, but they do want to exclude other causes....

I'm not sure bp is the problem (she says, sitting here with no medical qualifications, and no equipment to test bp) because I've never really had low bp, plus the dizzy spells have usually been quite long. But I could be totally wrong. It's not debilitating, it's more like "should I mention it to the mw or is it normal to get these?" type scenario.
