Recommend a good room thermometer?

I bought a Grobag Egg thermometer for our room as I'm quite neurotic about the chance of baby under/over heating. It looks great, but I'm pretty sure the temperature gauge is wrong - it's registering between 22 and 24 temperatures in the room when I've had no heating and both the windows open all day, and it's certainly not that outside! (I wish).

Having googled this as a problem (which I know I should have done before but still) it seems a really common fault

Has anyone bought a room thermometer which they recommend as being accurate? Have thrown the box away so can't send this one back and don't want to get caught out again.

If you plan to buy a baby monitor then get the BT 100 one as it has the room temp on that, and take the grobag one back. Our grobag one hasn't been used since we got our monitor.

Oh, and added benefit that you know the temp even when you are not in the room. Here it is

Its BT 150 not 100!

I've got this one which I like because it's small, has a nightlight, and isn't packaged in stupid baby-style

Thanks everyone

I should have come here first before buying anything, I know for next time!
