hi all, i am thinking about reflexology wish i had thought about it sooner in my pregnancy. i am near on 40 weeks no and starting to think about going overdue etc etc, i am quite happy been pregnant at the mo although ts tiring etc but i am getting abit concerned at the whole "induction thing"
would rather not go down that path at all so i am now looking into more natural methods. i also think i may be nearer 41 weeks as i have a very short cycle, plus i know when i conceived. do u think having a reflexology session would benefit me? bearing in mind i may only be able to have 1 maybe 2 sessions. anyone had any success of 1 session starting labour??
thanks

i have had a session today - am 38 + 3

she was quite gentle and didn't over stimulate any points

i slept like a log after - was bliss

had some contractions during the treatment ...

worth a try IMHO
