Any tips on how to deal with painful piles/haemarroids?

HELP ME PLEASE SOMEONE!!! Any tips on how to deal with painful piles/haemarroids? I'm sitting here on an ice pack but I'm so sore and tender. Just wondered if anyone else was going thru this? I've only just got them at 41 weeks!

get thee to the GP and get a prescription for proctosedyl

you might find a shallow hot bath more helpful than ice, see what works better for you

Try rubbing the oil out of a vitamin E capsule into them, it was the only thing that worked for me. Someone on mn recommended it and it really works
