I'm 17+2.

Feel anxious somethings wrong. Doctor did heartbeat and it was 130. It was 143 last week.

Is 130 ok?

Sounds fine. Your baby was probably asleep! try not to worry.x

It sounds fine, I spent a couple of hours being monitored recently and the heartbeat went anything from 122 to 154 over the time.

probably a boy then as boys have a higher heart rate so my midwife said. see what it is in the latter stages

So does that sound quite high then? Thought it was really slow as when I had DS, he seemed to have a really high heartbeat compared to this one.

I don't know why I feel so panicky. Definately ready to get a bloody scan but it's not until I'm 21 weeks.

DD's was usually around 145, sometimes a bit lower, sometimes higher.

my midwife said that when you are near full term she has found that 125ish and below has urned out to be a girl and above a boy.I guess thats her personal opinin but she was right with myDS1 and she said in her experience she had been correct most times. She was a brill midwife too

32 weeks. Mine was 145 at 28 weeks and had dropped to 130 at 34 weeks so about the same as you.
