Low measurement of nuchal transparency.. what does this means?

because im trying to find something on the internet but i cant... surely it is probably not very good. Baby measure 0.8mm at 12+1

All i can find is that higher measurement means higher chance of downs symdroms, but surely when you fall out of the normal range it might mean something??

Anything over 2.5-3 is a cause for concern i think so yours is good from what i know
