Hi - can anyone recommend a good pregnancy exercise dvd? I know there are loads out there, but it's hard to choose. I'm 20 weeks now and have barely moved a muscle since week 4 so think it's time to get going.

Any suggestions?

One of these threads recommended Erin O Brien's prenatal fitness fix. I did do it a couple of times when I was at your stage, but it left me completely out of poop and I didn't have the self-discipline to carry on

If you like yoga, I also bought Shiva Rea's prenatal yoga on an MN recommendation, which I do a lot and find it really eases out my hips and back which are now getting quite achey, at 39 weeks. Has plenty of modification opportunities in it.

Tara Reid pregnancy yoga. Lovely, slightly loopy, relaxation I used to fall asleep to at the end. Any excuse for a lie down!

I have a Tesco film club subscription but they do fitness dvd's too so I've been trying a few differnt ones. It's a good way of trying before you buy
