I was planning to do a 15 mile walk (charity thing). Today i found out i am pregnant, which is wonderful but should i still do the walk? It's in about 2 weeks time and is a very hilly walk, I am generally fit and healthy walk every day with the dog but not 15 miles obviously!

Am probably being ridiculous am pregnant not ill after all, feel free to laugh in my face

If you are used to walking and fit it shouldn't be a problem. Just take it easy if you need to and enjoy yourself!

And make sure you stay well hydrated!

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I think you will be able to do the walk, especially if you are fit already, but take some snacks and drinks with you in case you start getting tired or nauseous. Jelly babies might be good

Thank you, I am particularly keen on the idea of jelly babies!
