I used the birth preparation one for my last pregnancy and absolutely loved it- I had a great birth and am convinced it helped me stay as calm and relaxed as I was.
I have just gone to get the earlier ones and noticed that the price has dropped from £16 to £11.99.
thought it was worth mentioning for anyone else interested in using them or somthing like them.
