Siteram.org does yoga classes at St. Thomas' hospital - haven't tried them yet but like the fact that you can book online!

I went to some great classes in central london in the W1 area. FitBack and Bumps is run by Chartered Physiotherapists.They teach you about how your body changes during pregnancy and teach you exercises for your pelvic floor and core. see www.fitbackandbumps.co.uk
