Are there any sleeping positions you should avoid in pregnancy or are you ok to sleep however you like as long as it feels comfortable?

You're supposed to sleep on your left but tbh just sleep in whatever position feels comfortable. I couldn't lie on my back from about 25 weeks as it made me dizzy.
