What is the latest others have had their BFP?

Hi All

Im hoping you can help me...

What is the latest you got ur BFP?

I am on day 38 of 26-34UCL. I have had no signs of AF, but no BFP on HPT.

I had four neg HPTs before finally getting a BFP when my period was 10 days late. HTH

Have you had any PG symptons? I had sore boobs for a few days before my BFP.....fingers crossed you get the result you want soon....

Also are you using the first wee of the day for your tests? If you are PG then this will have more of the hormoan HCG.....HTH

I've had a few symptoms, but they could also be AF symptoms I guess. The main thing is I havent had any cripeling cramps like normal, only a very small amount of lower back pain today.

I took a tesco's cheapie a few days ago, but even the PG lady who sold them to me said they werent the best, but stupidly I prob use them at the wrong time of the day. Will give it to the end of the week and try again.

I'm in the same boat Ladyem. Day 34 and last tested day 31. Am going to wait 'til tomorrow or Thurs if I can. Boobs are a bit sore but not sure if I'm imagining this. Same as you though - no cramps so fingers crossed. I think I was about 3-4 days late with dd but can't remember for sure. However, it's prob all due to my cycles going haywire after a MC I suspect. Good luck

DCB I had an early MC too, so really have no idea what cycle is doing. I dont have sore boobs, but I never get achy boobs even with AF. I've got my little list of symptoms, but so many of them could be AF symptoms. Fingers crossed we both get a BFP soon.

EGG that makes me feel hopeful, will try not to build up hopes too much, but at least I now know it can happen

Hi Ladyem - any more news yet? I was going insane waiting for my BFP! Every time I got a negative result I went and had a drink of Pimms (was sunny June at the time) as I was so gutted. Then had a wedding to go to and did a test the day before to double triple check I was not pregnant, another negative so drank copious amounts of wine at the wedding to drown my sorrows. Got a positive the following week . Wine and Pimms appear to have had no effect on DS1 .

hello, I didn't test positive until day 56 of my cycle (usually between 32-36 days in length), so told the doc and she sent me for a dating scan. Said my cycle could have just been extra long that month, typical!
So, good luck, it's still possible!!!

Day 39 today and got a BFN , and had a little bit of back ache this morning, but have noticed loads of blue veins on boobs, and strange taste in mouth (like I get when Im really tired or drank stale water) .

I know its silly but I do think I am PG, just the test keeps telling me know. Egg and Helen your late BFP are giving me hope

I do remember saying to DH that if it wasn't for all the negative tests I would be sure I was pregnant.

It turned out btw that I had just ovulated late as my EDD from my last period was 11 days earlier than my EDD from the first scan (if that makes sense?).

Took 1 HPT first thing this morning and came back with a BFN, went onto Conception bit of MN, had a moan about it, then thought, I know, I'll go check with the expensive test.

I got the tiniest of faint lines. DH thinks might be an evap line, but I dont think so. Have both agreeded to not test again till monday. If negative on monday then Im off to docs as AF is never that late.

Im really (Everything crossed) hoping that Ive got it right and not DH

Veiny boobs, as so gonna be hidden if I am preggers...yuk yuk yuk

a line is a line hun! have your tried a clear blue test this week? they're not cheap, but easier to read than anything involving lines!

Hi Ladyem - are the sensitivities different in each test? Some are 50, others 25 and ebay cheapies can be as low as 10 (can't remember the units). I've now had 3 x neg at 25 so am having some wine tonight and just going to wait for AF to start patiently.....

Only an evaporation line if you leave for ages and then come back later I think???

2nd test was a clearblue plus, and the 1st test which came up with a BFN was a tesco cheapie. I think I really have to hold off till monday, if DH realises Ive spent more on HPTs he will flip a lid! My darling little sis will prob go buy me something, she is deperate to know. If she doesnt then it will defo be monday.

Boobs just feel really heavy today.......Trying not to prod them to much, as dcb says, they tend to get a bit sore

Had some cramps this afternoon, dont know if its AF lingering or If Im just nervous (tend to get them a lot with nerves). Have been constantly knicker checking as a result...

Is it wrong to pull apart the test with the faint BFP just to see if the line was stronger out of the panel (which it was btw)?? DH just kept telling me im gross (My gosh I havent hearnt that saying since I was little)

Not sure Ladyem. Are you going to do another test at some point?

I'm out this month - AF started today which is actually a relief as I've run out of energy trying to believe/pretend to myself I'm pregnant and just want to get on with it again. Enjoyed a lovely bottle of sauvignon blanc at a lovely restaurant - yum (and some food)....
