Hi there. I'm 6 weeks pregnant, but have absolutely NO symptoms. I would have expected, at the very least, that my breasts would be tender. But nothing. Has anybody else had a similar experience? Thanks

I'm about 9-10 weeks pregnant for the second time and my boobs haven't changed or hurt at all like last time. I wouldn't worry too much, every pregnancy is different

hunkermunker · 02/06/2005 12:13

Hi hun - have just posted on the other tread you started - but forgot to say congratulations, so thought I'd say it here! Come and join us on the Jan 06 thread in Antenatal clubs

I never got tender breasts 2nd time. Have a 12 day old baby asleep on the bed as I type

TROUBLE1 · 02/06/2005 12:28

Just thank your lucky stars they don't hurt! I'm glad to hear Tinkers didn't hurt the second time, hopefully I'll be the same! Good luck

Hiya Katy1968 - I'm nearly 6 weeks due on 29th Jan 06.

Snap with your feelings, I posted on the Jan 06 thread that I was 'worried' apart from missing a period ( and positive test) I don't 'feel' pregnant. I had breast tenderness from day one with dd - and feel fine at the moment - think I should be thankful - sure it won't last!

Totally understand - will have my fingers crossed for you and hope to see you on the Jan 06 thread very soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

hotmama1 · 02/06/2005 13:08

Don't worry unneccessarily about the age thing. I was 36 when I got pregnant with dd, 37 when I had her, I am now 38 and will be nearly 39 when I have dd2/ds (assuming everything goes O.K).

I was worried about being an older mum but my midwife said there are more women over 35 having babies than teenagers (don't know if this is true). Hope everything goes O.K. tomorrow.

Counting down the hours to scan time. Don't think I've ever been as anxious. Fingers treble crossed - thanks for the feedback so far..

CathyAnn · 03/06/2005 11:11

Hi everybody. Just had the scan and everything's cool!!! I'm sooo happy and excited - unbelievable! The bean is 1mm long and I'm still symptomless but a lot less worried. And apparently I'm technically 4 weeks (gestational time). Wow - life is good. Thank you all so much for your comments - it made yesterday a little less worrying....

Hi Katy, congrats!!!

I have an 8 week old and with regard to boobs I had no change, not a tingle, no cup change nowt at all until after I had dd, even then it wasnt a noticeable change until my proper milk came in about a week after her birth.

Count yourself lucky
