Itchiness

I am 17wks pg. Hair become v itchy in last few days. Cant see nits. Itchy around hair line at top of neck and couple of key areas on head. Also small lump at back of neck. Is this a pg thing?

I got quite an itchy head early in pregnancy. Switching to a shampoo without SLS sorted it out.
