I didn't get this in my other pregnancies, but I'm a lot older now and have been so exhausted that I've taken no exercise for weeks. I'm 34 weeks today. I wasn't overweight at the start of my pregnancy but have no idea what I weigh now. I'm 40 inches round the middle, which is the size I reached at full term with my eldest, who was over 8lb. No wonder people think I'm due soon . So it's probably just the extra weight, but it's keeping me awake now. Planning to get a ball to sit on as sprawling on the sofa all day must be bad for me.
Are there any exercises that might help and stop me seizing up even more?
