Reappearance of morning sickness at 38 weeks or sign of labour - any experience ?

I am 38 weeks tomorrow with #2. I noticed at the beginning of the week that the baby has definitely dropped because I can eat and breathe more easily. However I have started to feel VERY nauseous after eating which culminates in actually being sick. Is this a reappearance of MS now my stomach is not so squashed or is nausea and vomiting a feature of impending labour. I would be very grateful to hear anyone else's experience.
