I'm only 4wks and 4 days pregnant, and after doing a fair bit of walking around the shops in my lunch break my pelvis is in agony. In my previous pregnancy I suffered badly with SPD to the point where I was wheelchair bound from 26 weeks, but that pain didn't start until I was 20 weeks. Can it really be starting this early?? I've also felt nauseous for the first time today - can the hormones kicking in cause the SPD to kick off?

I hope not! You poor girl, that is my biggest fear too if I get PG again

Your body is more ready for pregnancy 2nd time around so any previous weakness can rear its ugly head. Really focus on your pelvic floor exs (as often as poss)and keep your fingers crossed. Good luck
