Hi i have quite a bad prolapse and am due to have a sweep next tuesday if baby doesnt arrive before then. Was wondering will the midwife be able to preform a sweep? as last time i saw the consultant i was 34 weeks pregnant then, he couldnt feel my cervix because of the prolapse. Also how will they feel how dilated i am when in labour if this is the case?

I had a prolapse with my third pregnancy. Was worried sick too that everything was gonna fall out but the midwife did a sweep and my labour was really easy and really quick, so you should be fine. Btw everything went up back to normal afterwards
