36 wks and a weird discharge

i am 36 wks and have had a clear jelly like discharge a few times today. there was no blood and does not smell but its differant than i've had before. should i speak to my midwife or is this normal. please reply and put my mind at rest. thank you xx

Hi - I am also 36 weeks and was talking to a friend today who is 38 weeks and she has just had exactly the same thing today and referred to it as her show (mine was similar but did have a streak of blood in it first time round but hers did not). She is having a homebirth and sees her MW weekly at the moment and the MW confirmed this is what it was.
It may not be your show at all but I would contact MW to be on the safe side. Even if it was it can still be days and days before labour kicks off. Exciting !
