Impaired blood flow through placenta

At my 23 week scan yesterday the sonographer said I had slightly impaired blood flow through the placenta and she's booked me in for more scans at 28 weeks and 32 weeks. She said this was quite common in first pregnancies but of course now I'm worried and going on holiday today so no time to see midwife. Has anyone else had this?

have a look at IUGR on the internet - I think that is the right term.
