Food standards agency recommends not having more than 200mg caffeine per day when pregnant.

Just looked for examples of how much caffeine is in your average drink and found this great list.

Can't believe that some Starbucks decaf coffees actually have caffeine in them!!

Also there's less caffeine in full fat coca cola compared to diet cola. Grr

I'm not pregnant but would like to cut down on caffeine consumption, so that site is very useful.

All decaff products have some caffeine I think, it isn't possible to remove it all.

I think that is the difference between "caffeine free" and "decaffeinated".
