Due today. What's the chances (haha) of me actually going into labour?

I heard it was 5%...

If it does happen, I'm not really prepared as I assume I'll be really overdue...

I'd say for you it's now more than 5%, it would be more like the percentage of women that go into labour up to and including 40 weeks. each day the percentage will get higher i suppose.

5% on actual due date.

25% early (37-40 weeks).

10% are prem.

So that leaves a whopping 60% that are "late".
