Day trip - Is it too much?

It is our anniversary tomorrow and we are going to Paris for a day trip (we live in London). I'm only 6 weeks but a bit worried the day is trip too much effort. I had a m/c in May and that's probably why I'm being overly concerned. However, I went to a music festival whilst pregnant with my DS (I was around 12 weeks)and it was fine.

What do you think?

If you feel up to it, then go for it. Unfortunately, nothing will stop something going wrong at this stage if it's going to. Go and have a lovely time. And at you swanning off to Paris for the day whilst I'm up to my elbows in dirty nappies!
