AnguaVonUberwald · 05/08/2009 14:56

Thankyou very much all. I have been lurking lately under a new name (as feel like there is lots of info about me here under this name) but had to come back as Angua to let you know about the new cub!

Wow congratulations!

RustyBear · 05/08/2009 15:16

I remember lurking on those massive 'is it coming or not threads' the Easter before last with you & VS & Peachy with squonk making bacon sandwiches & lulu & mars doing virtual doulaing.

AnguaVonUberwald · 05/08/2009 15:37

Rustybear- I know and all the people who started after me where having babies before me! I remember it well.

Still slightly in shock that we are doing this again!

Don't worry about it being twins.

Be happy and know how lucky you are to be having two if it is twins.

StealthPolarBear · 05/08/2009 15:39

congratulations!!
Due in April??

AnguaVonUberwald · 05/08/2009 15:44

Fabbakergirl - I am so exited, and if it was twins, like you say, they would be a blessing.

stealthpolarbear - due end of March! (same as DS!)

FabBakerGirlIsBack · 05/08/2009 15:45

It was just the worried comment.

When will you find out?

PortBlacksandResident · 05/08/2009 15:46

I have two boys almost exactly (!) 2 years apart - they are such good chums.

Congratulations!!!

I remember the bacon sarnies too.

AnguaVonUberwald · 05/08/2009 15:48

Fabbakersgirl - I have brothers who are twins adn I remember when they were born - it was hard and the prospect does scare me (a lot), but they would of course be wonderful at the same time.

I am only 6+1 so at least six weeks to go before the scan!

AnguaVonUberwald · 05/08/2009 15:48

portblacks - thats really good to hear, I am hoping they will be close and play together (and fight etc!)

Congratulations, Angua - I too was on those bacon butty threads! Didn't get my own am I/amn't I labour thread as I was induced, so glad I enjoyed yours . Looking forward to the next one already.

Oh, and I have 3 girls with 2years between DD1 and DD2, then 2.5 years between DD2 and DD3. They love each other and play well together (mostly ).

LadyoftheBathtub · 05/08/2009 15:55

Congrats from me Angua! (from the big bump thread!)

BellasYummyMummy · 05/08/2009 18:13

AnguaVonUberwald · 05/08/2009 21:16

Bellasyummymummy, congratulations to you too.

Its so exciting, and scary and overwhelming (and hormonal!) at the moment, can't quite belive it.

DS will be 23 months as well when the baby is due!

fryalot · 18/08/2009 19:47

oh Angua, what bloody wonderful news!

don't get on here so much nowadays so someone's going to have to let me know when you go into labour this time so I can fire up the grill and get those fakon butties on the go

(and if it is twins, have a search for egg - she had twins when her ds was under 2)

sobloodystupid · 18/08/2009 19:55

Well done you and dp. Yay!
