I am planning to fly to the US v soon, will be 19 weeks pregnant. i know that flying is generally ok this trimester, but I am in a slightly higher risk category having had a C-Section last pregnancy, and also GDM (well controlled, blood sugar find this pregnancy). Does anyone know would either of these in a previous pregnancy be contraindications for flying this time?

Having had a c-section won't prevent you flying. Don't know about the GDM but hopefully someone will be along who can help soon.

Neither should be. You can get a letter usually if the airline is being a PITA - but do contact the airline first, NOT your doctor.
