I've been recommended both berroca and pregnacare plus but is it safe to take them both at the same time?

you could always try eating lots of fruit and veg instead of popping pills

I'm taking pregnacare and it's good, helps the energy, don't know about berocca though, who recommened? You could ask your chemist, they'll definately know!
