Ectopic heartbeat on CTG at 41 weeks plus 3 - anyone know about this?

As title really. Two CTG scans done this weekend due to overdueness and reduced movements. More concerned today than yesterday but was sent home which is giving me the impression that there is uncertainty about whether this is okay or not.

Should add that this was not detected at an earlier day assessment where CTG was absolutely normal over the course of nearly 2 hours. This is a new thing.
