Hi there when I had my 21 weeks scan I was told that I have a high placenta. Not sure why but I did not ask at the time what it meant and if that is normal, etc. Does anyone know.

I think a high placenta is nothing to worry about - it's the low lying ones that they like to monitor in case of placenta praevia

Hi, At my scan last week i was told that that my placenta is nice and high which is good. I agree with snorkle as someone in my NCT group when i was pregnant with DD 3 had to have an emergency caesarean at 32 wks due to placenta praevia.
