early pregnancy and back ache.

hello all.

i'm only 4 weeks pg (just). but for last two night i have had really bad back ache.

anyone else had back ache this early and everthing turned out ok?

it isnt like cramps more like a tight pain across my lower back. it is only bad during evening/night.

have also had a few lower tummy 'twinges' but have had them in prev pregs worse than this so am not too concerned....yet!

I too had this very early, in fact before I knew I was pg (so, from about 3 weeks or so). I actually thought I had a kidney infection or similar, and went to the docs with that...to find out that I had no infection,but did have a baby on the way!

As I remember, it's to do with your hormones starting to make muscles in that area relax...sure it's all fine

its actually alot better tonight.

by this time last night i was in bed it go so bad!

fingers crossed it will ease off now.
