I've been trying so hard to not even go there, but now i must face facts. I no longer have a pelvic floor. I sneeze and i wet myself. I cough and i wet myself. Hell, i even get up in the morning and look at the loo and i dribble.

It's Tena time, isn't it?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yep!

Although I used to leak when I sneezed a few weeks ago, I've been doing manic pelvic floor exercises and I've definitely noticed a difference.. so keep those up as well!

Is that Mc Hammers new tune "It's Tena time!"?

Don't 'always' do a pad designed for ladies who leak?

I think it's time to see your GP - there are some options you can take to fix this permanently
