Has anyone been to the new St. Mary's in Manchester?

Just wondering if the new bit is nice, that's all.
The pictures make it look like an Art Gallery.

Ive not been yet, my last scan was a week before they transferred over so didnt get to have a look around. My midwife said its lovely, they'd all been for a visit the day before and were very impressed. Does look a bit like an art gallery in the pictures though!

not personally been but my mate is a doctor there currently in the labour ward and she loves it- which I suppose says a lot!

from her point of view there's great equipment and she says everyone is really friendly- and i suppose it the staff are happy then it's good news for the patients
