palp 4/5 what does this mean?

i have forgotten all my pregnancy stuff, what does this mean?
a few weeks ago, it was 2/5 but when the doctor took the measurement it was bang on my bone as it hurt alot ( due to spd)

im confused

means they can feel 4/5 of the baby's head above the pelvic brim, so basically not engaged.
