what is arnica? and how does it work?

i have always seen arnica mentioned, but i don't actually know how it work? what it does? what dosage to buy?

You can get Arnica cream which is great for use on bumps and bruises,you can also get tiny pills which I bought for childbirth to help with the bruising (but forgot to take them)Boots have them in the homoepathic aisle.
