you know the ones you can get from tesco/asda, cheese and onion/coronation chicken etc are they ok to eat when preg? I really fancy the cheese savoury one but as it has mayo in im not sure?

Shop bought Mayonaise is fine, it's just home made that's not allowed as it contains raw eggs. Enjoy!

I loved Sandwich Spread on toast as my snack before getting out of bed so didn't feel like I would vom during first three months. Safe to say post three months I have gone right off it again. Toast Toppers also appealed - remember them - but sadly I am veggie and both flavours I tracked down had meat in them
