ARGH!!! Now getting hiccups high up - can babies turn breech at 34 weeks?

I have had them really low down for weeks and midwife confirmed head down a couple of weeks ago. Now hiccups are high up!

Baby can turn breech, this happened to me with DD2 @ 37 weeks. Her head was down for weeks and then suddenly she was able to turn around into breech.For me because she changed at such a late stage she didnt turn around however I am sure at 34 weeks there is still room and time.
