Can I fly in 1st Trimester?

Just found out im pregnant today.About 5 wks i think!Am flying to italy at the end of this month,is this safe?

yes. it's always safe to fly (as far as i'm aware) just that airlines don't like you to fly too late on in pregnancy, but you'll be fine.

You should be fine to fly up to 34/36 weeks I believe. Enjoy your trip and your pregnancy.

No problem whatsoever. Is the same as getting in a car and driving to a destination that is 3 hrs away. There are some thing to be careful about if the flight is longhaul and you are in the second half of pregnancy. But this early and that short should not be a problem. Enjoy the trip
