Best support bands for pregnancy?

I'm currently 22 weeks and I seem to get a stich-like pain every time I go for a walk, only helped if I sort of hoik the right side of my belly up with my hand - not terribly attractive or easy (especially if I'm also trying to control a wayward toddler LOL)

I never had this the last pregnancy, but I guess I need a bit more support this time round.

I've been looking at support bands/belts but a bit flummoxed - do I really need an industrial sized one? I thought I'd try something that perhaps doesnt look quite so uncomfortable (especially with this heat) and the carriwell support band looks ok.

The belts look like they might be more uncomfortable and not stay in position.

Anyone got any tips/reviews/comments and opinions before I fork out?

I think you can request a referral to an antenatal physio who can give you the right sort. Check with your MW as you might even be able to do a self-referral or there might be a drop-in clinic.

Good luck
