baby movements - when to start counting/monitoring?

I am almost 21 weeks with number 2. Baby has been moving for last 2 weeks on and off and just wondered when i should start taking note if I don't feel baby move?

Asking cos today i felt nothing all day and then only a bit this eve. thought it was prob cos i was so hot but got me thinking when to count or tkae note of no movements?

if you are worried drink some orange juice and put your feet up. thats what they told me. baby normally moves then within about an hour
