Gurgling sound in uterus in early pregnancy

I wonder if anyone has any advice or if anyone has experienced this. I usually get this just before my period starts. It is like your tummy rumbling but in your uterus - well it definitely feels like that anyway. I am 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant and this is my first pregnancy but I am worried because I have had two episodes of this gurgling already.

I have paid to have an early scan tomorrow so I can see if it is a viable pregnancy. I really hope it is ok. Has anyone else had this?

I am around the 8 weeks mark and have had tummy rumbling noises, it is most likely to be your digestive system slows down to allow nutrients to reach your baby. However if you are worried it is best to see your GP.
