Address to send the sure start grant back to??

Does anyone know what the address to send back the sure start maternity grant forms to? i downloaded it off the internet so dont have a freepost evelope. I was told to send it to my local jobcentre and they will pass it on but id rather send it direct in case they lose it in the system like they do so often!! i phoned the job centre to ask them but they said they didnt know and to send it and they will forward it so no help there. Anyone have it please??

logan i handed my maternity grant form in at the counter of my local jobs and benefits office, and thankfully they didnt lose it. If you're handing something in you can always request they give you a receipt to prove you handed it in.

I went to my local job centre and they gave me another address to send it to.

I dont have the address now as that was over a year ago.
