Back from GTT, it was not that bad.

Fasted since 8pm last night and got to hospital 8.30am this morning. The glucose drink was ok, not pleasant in anyway but bearable. The 2 hour wait on the crappy hard waiting room chairs was not fun and I started to feel a bit dizzy towards the end but at least I get my results later this afternoon.

I had this with Tom, although it wasn't the oral one, they just took blood. I actually got to eat breakfast with that one, lol. I'm having the oral one in October with DC2. I have to fast from midnight. They also said when the 2.5 hours is up, they give you tea and toast. Will have to remember to take a book to read or my DS (Nintendo, not Tom, lol). Taking him would be a nightmare!
