Important numbers you'll need if you're a single parent and not working once your baby's born.

Took me ages to find every number I needed so though I'd save someone the time by logging them ll together here for you to paste into a tgext document on your desktop or print out.

also I think with child benefit and child tax credit you need to apply for them within 3 months of birth, as they will only backdate 3 months. We did the child benefit immediately but because DH is self-employed and hadn't got info for that tax year, left the child tax credit until he had... and lost out on a good chunk of money. If you or your partner are self-employed, you can give an ESTIMATE and then correct once final figures are known.
