Hi all. I have been exercising throughout my pregnancy and doing loads on the stability balls etc. My gym is practically useless at knowing what i can and can't do. I have bought a book and a pilates dvd but is there a good book on what weights i can do or core stability exercises. I just can't seem to find anything with specific details on exercises. All i can find is the basics and i would really like specifics.

Any ideas???

don't do any twisting things - apparently it can pull the placenta away from the womb wall.

Krista is very good on weight training for women - her site might point you in the right direction.
