38 wks and hip pain

Hi, I am now so close to due date and for the last couple of days been experiencing bad hip pain that makes walking very uncomfortable and of course all other daily routines. It makes me feel useless too as got to look after my 2-year old and of course hate not being able to do other parts of my normal life properly. Has anyone got experience of this this late in pregnancy? Any remedies? Really, it feels so silly having to come this far and then get into pain so short before the end!!!

Hi I had this with first dd (from week 34). My only relief came from aqua natal. I told my instructor who gave me specific moves to do in the water, I was amazed at the difference it made both in and out of the water!! Really is worth a go

can you see a chiropractor? my sanity, sleep and mobility have been saved by her dealing with my hip and pelvis pain. really really worth the money if you can.
