Hiya
Are we allowed to eat cheese spread triangles as i use to love eating that with marmite on toast and really missing it. And is it ok for me to be eating tin tuna as i am loving that on toast at the moment with tomato ketchup, yumm can taste it now but don't have any in today, lol

Yes to cheese triangles.
Yes to tinned tuna too, but you need to limit your intake.
Full (sensible) information is available on the Food Standards Agency website.

Of course you're 'allowed'. You're pregnant, not under a food style dictatorship.

the only cheese things you can't eat are cheese with mold in (stilton etc) & brie, cheese spread things are fine & tuna you mustn't have more than 4 tins a week apparently.... and you mustn't eat shark (!) thats what my midwife said (Who is eating shark really?!?!)
