Liquid on nipple

I think I may be pregnant but it is too early to tell at the moment but I noticed a tiny bit of liquid coming from one of my nipple. Is this a symptom?

I have never had that and i am currently 6wks.
when was you last period and have you tested??

I have never had this and am 26 weeks, but it is different for everyone!

Really is best to test I think.
